• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights to another person or entity

To use Productrise, you must register for an account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Use the service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, spider, or crawl the service without written permission
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The following terms apply:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws

We offer a free plan with limited features. No credit card is required for the free plan. To access additional features, you must subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plan offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Your Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You retain ownership of any data you upload to Productrise. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Productrise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Productrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period). However, by using our digital services, you acknowledge that you may lose this right once service delivery has begun with your consent. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
