Transfer property ownership to a new owner

Property ownership can be transferred to another Productrise user on request. There is no self-serve transfer option in the app—all transfers are processed by our support team.
How to request a transfer:
Send an email to hello@productrise.app with the subject line "Transfer property ownership". Include details about which property (or properties) you want to transfer and who should receive them. We'll respond as soon as possible to confirm and process the transfer.
What gets transferred:
When a property is transferred, the new owner receives the complete property with all associated data:
- All SERP results and tracked products (both SERP and organic products)
- All queries and query groups
- All product feeds and supplemental feeds
- All shared access settings (team members who had access to the property)
The shared access list stays with the property, meaning anyone who previously had access becomes a shared user of that property under the new owner. The new owner inherits the existing team setup for that property.
Subscriptions and billing:
Subscriptions and plans are tied to user accounts, not properties. Transferring a property does not move your subscription or plan to the new owner.
The new owner will need their own active subscription to use paid features for the transferred property. Their subscription must have sufficient capacity to accommodate the new property. If they're on the Free plan or their current plan doesn't have enough capacity, they'll be limited by those restrictions for that property.
Multiple properties:
You can transfer one or more properties in a single request. Each property is transferred as a complete unit with all its data and shared access settings.
