Subscription add-ons: How they work and how to use them

Add-ons let you increase your subscription capacity beyond your base plan limits. They work as recurring add-ons to your subscription, giving you extra queries or product tracking capacity each month.
Available add-ons:
- +250 queries
- +1,000 queries
- +25,000 products
- +100,000 products
Each add-on has its own monthly price and adds directly to your plan's limits. You can purchase multiple units of the same add-on (for example, 2× +250 queries) to scale capacity as needed.
Who can use add-ons:
Add-ons are available only to users on paid subscriptions (Lite, Growth, or Agency plans). Free plan users and accounts with past-due payments cannot access add-ons.
How add-ons affect your limits:
Your effective limits combine your base plan capacity with all active add-ons. For example, if your plan includes 1,000 queries and you add a +250 query add-on, your total limit becomes 1,250 queries per month. All usage tracking and limit checks use these combined effective limits.
Adding an add-on:
Go to Profile → Add-on Management and click Add next to the add-on you want. You'll see a preview showing the prorated charge for today (covering the remainder of your current billing period) and what you'll pay in the next billing cycle. Any existing account credit from previous downgrades or add-on removals will be applied to reduce the amount charged.
When you confirm, we'll add the add-on to your subscription and create an invoice immediately. Payment is due right away.
Reducing or removing an add-on:
In Add-on Management, click Reduce or Remove next to the add-on. Before allowing the change, we'll check that your current usage (queries, products, properties, and team seats) fits within your new limits after the reduction.
If your usage exceeds the new limits, the change will be blocked and you'll see specific blockers with links to help you reduce usage (such as removing queries, properties, feeds, or team members). Once your usage is within the new limits, you can proceed with the reduction.
When you confirm, we'll update the add-on quantity or remove it entirely, and create an invoice. The prorated credit for the unused portion is applied immediately to your Stripe account balance.
All add-on management happens in-app through Profile → Add-on Management. Add-ons cannot be managed through the Stripe billing portal.
