How to edit your billing details

You can update your payment method, billing address, tax ID, and view invoices through Stripe's billing portal.

Where to find it:

Go to your Profile page and look for the "Billing & Payment" section. This is visible when you have an active subscription (including accounts with past-due payments, so you can update payment information).

Accessing the billing portal:

Click "Manage payment & invoices" to open Stripe's hosted billing portal in a new tab. When you're finished making changes, you'll be returned to your Profile page.

What you can do in the Stripe portal:

Update your payment method (credit card, bank account, or other payment options)

Update your billing address and tax ID

View and download all your invoices

Apply discount codes (if enabled for your account)

What's not in the portal:

Plan changes, subscription cancellation, and add-on management are all handled in the Productrise app through Profile → Plan Management and Profile → Add-on Management. These actions are not available in the Stripe billing portal.
